Uno also looks like they have way more servers than Unblock. I've compared the channels offered at Gold plan which includes channel like SkyGo, CWTV, Grooveshark, HBO GO, UTV, Starwars, etc which I don't think unblock-us offer any of them.

There are other websites that Unblock give you access without being listed, like CBS radios websites, iHeart Radio, etc. I personally don't see the purpose to pay more to have access to less. You have to pay $7.95 to have access to every websites, with their "Prime" plan, you have access to less websites than with Unblock-Us (and probably with they Gold plan too). And they have more than 2 servers in the world The only problem you can have with Unblock (and other service like that) is to be located at your real place instead of the US, this problem can occur if one of their server is down. Unblock-Us just tells the website you go to that you're in the US (if the website needs to check your geolocation).
Unblock-Us is not a VPN, the data don't go through an Unblock server, so it CAN'T make you internet connection slower than usual. Your internet connection is probably slow at night, not Unblock-Us. It seem like they have a global coverage instead of just 2 servers at unblock:

I can also access xmen first class and kung fu panda 2, not on netflix us was on Unblock's server for 3 months but the speed slow to a crawl at night-time (8pm ish). This difference is on there website via your laptop or iphone, apple tv you can change the country the dns routes to for etc to canada, us or uk. If you wanted to switch off US routing via unblock us you would have to change you DNS address, you can still do this with Overplay. I dont think you understand how it works, this works in the same way as unblock us but allows you change where the dns routes you via.
I will test the other sits mentioned to see if these work. Hulu, Netflix and all work with it etc, it uses the same technology. Espcially since you don't have to change any DNS with Unblock-Us if you want to use a UK or a US service.Īlso, I don't see the point to subscribe to all Netflix services all around the world. I use Unblock-Us for Netflix US, Hulu, iHeart Radio, CBS Radio, TVCatchup, iTVPlayer and other american websites (FOX, ABC etc.) they all work with Unblock-Us, they're not listed on OverPLay, for the same price, I prefer to be safe and stay with what I know. Personally I wouldn't change, they don't list the sites they support.
